To answer your questions, I've attached a link above to the Clarity video which shows the technique for using these brushes. I think the most important thing is to brush off some of the color on scrap paper before bringing it to your card. I like the distress inks with mine, as I love their blending abilities. Haven't tried pan pastels with them, so I can't speak to how well they work with the brushes. I have four sets of four of the brushes, so with 16 brushes, I never need to clean them, as I dedicate a brush to each color family...one for yellows, one reds, etc. if I use a brush in a different medium, such as pigment ink, I just wash gently with some soap and water, rinsing well. Do not dry them standing up with the bristols up, as you do not want water to rest in the binding section of the brush. Hope this helps. The video is quite good, and gives some ideas. These brushes are one of the most used and best purchases I have made for stamping supplies, next to my Misty, in years!lyndahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13402278253638308259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-789883060953144415.post-41284484855237846372017-02-03T22:22:12.855-05:002017-02-03T22:22:12.855-05:00Need some advice using my brushes..circular motion...Need some advice using my brushes..circular motions?
