Card 1....
Stamps:
Seashell Borders set of 2 -
Old Pier (non-release)
Wonderful World (non-release)
I created the background by sponging Tim Holtz distress inks, then stamped the Wonderful World verse on it, and the birds from the Old Pier stamp. I layered it using stitched rectangles dies from my stash. I stamped and cut the Seashell Borders with a circle stitched die, and added it with foam tape for dimension. Some Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen adds shimmer and a bit of sparkle to the card.
Challenges: AAA - Use a frame; Cards In Envy - Blue and distressed; Little Red Wagon - Summer fun days; Time Out Challenges - Warm
Card 2....
Stamps:
Seashells Set of 5 - NEW
In My Prayers - (non-release)
I used Ranger Archival Inks for my stamping. I used distress ink for the spattering on the main card for a textured background. A blue strip with some maruyama from my stash adds a backdrop and some color and additional texture.
I fussy-cut the shells and added them, using foam tape on some. The verse is added with three layers of Ranger Archival ink.
Challenges: Simply Less Is More - From your 'bits' box
Card 3.....
STAMPS:
Swirly Waves - NEW
Seashells Set of 5 - NEW
Delight - Non-release
I embossed the Swirly Waves with Ranger Embossing Antiquities in Verdigris. I love the way this embossing powder has the green with gold flecks in it.
I embossed the conch seashell from the set with gold embossing powder and fussy-cut it. I added it to the banner I created with the Delight verse also embossed in gold.
Challenges: Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - anything goes
Card 4.....
STAMPS:
Princess Mermaid - NEW (Rita Barakat)
Seagrass - NEW (Rita Barakat
Mermaid Kisses Set of 5 - Non-release
I inked the Seagrass with my Arteza real brush markers, and created the background using my Misti, so that I could color small sections at a time and add depth. I stamped the verse with the Mermaid Kisses set and layered the background into the rectangle die on green card.
I colored the Princess Mermaid with Arteza real brush markers, and fussy-cut her and added her with foam tape. A little gold gel pen for her crown.
Challenges: The Daily Marker 30 Day Color Challenge
Cards 5 & 6 Stam
Stamp for both cards: Sailing Ship Collage - New
I wish you could see this card in real life. I embossed the ship with JudiKins Black Opal embossing powder, which is sparkly and has fiery red and multi-color sparkles mixed in with the black...striking.
I layered the embossed image onto some gold glitter card stock, then onto a white A2 card.
This one I stamped onto kraft card stock with Ranger Archival sepia ink. I sponged faded jeans distress ink around the outside, died some twine and added a charm.
