It has been a full day today, so I made a card between activities. I am just getting home tonight to get a picture of it to post, and here I am, finally getting it on the blog. This is for The Daily Marker day 27 of the 30 day color challenge.
I used one of the stamps from an old Hero Arts four stamp set for the rose bouquet panel, and watercolored it very simply with Tim Holtz distress inks. Then I used my Clarity stencil brush to get the soft background on the rose panel.
For the card, I created the green background with a stencil and a Clarity stencil brush, using TH distress ink. Before lifting the stencil, I stamped a script background stamp lightly, then removed the stencil.
A double ribbon with a bow, then the rose panel mounted with foam tape for dimension, finishes off this card.
Thank you for visiting. See you tomorrow!
Blessings,
lynda
