Welcome to our Die Cut Obsession day at Impression Obsession! We are featuring dies on our blogs today. And, here is my card....
Cover-A-Card Gingham CC006
I had so much fun making this cute little halloween card.
Here's are my steps:
- Cut the Ghost die from white card stock, and used the negative part, adding vellum behind the cut-out. Added that to an orange panel, from which I had removed the center.
- Added the panel to a white A2 card front.
- Cut the spider, face, and 'Boo' from black, and added them to the card.
- Created my own background paper by stamping the CAC Gingham in black onto orange card stock. Cut a strip of that for the left edge of card.
I added ribbon knots and buttons. I colored white buttons with an orange Copic marker.
And since no card is complete without an inside, here it is....
I hope you enjoyed my card today. Now for more inspiration, be sure to check out the other designer's blogs. You can find links to their projects HERE, on the IO blog.
