Hi! Today we could really feel fall in the air. Not complaining here, because I am a hard-core fan of autumn. I love everything about it.
I had a piece of this watercolored background left from a previous card, and decided to use it on a new card today. So I cut it down, added it to a white A2 card, and added the verse.
All stamps are some older stamps from Impression Obsession. This background stamp is one of my all time favorite Cover-A-Card stamps. Here are the stamps I used:
I inked the Fancy Leaves background stamp with distress inks, then spritzed it and stamped it onto watercolor paper. I added another spritz to get the ink moving a bit for more of a painterly look.
I added the In My Heart verse, and a strip of the painted background, then cut a leaf shape and attached it. That's all there is to it. I'm keeping it CAS, which is not my usual MO.
